The providers and staff of Indiana Urogynecology are proud to be part of Axia Women’s Health, the nation’s largest integrated women’s healthcare group, who shares a common vision to improve healthcare for women. We are now pleased to update our branding, which you will see in your care center and in our patient communications. Our look may be changing, but you will continue to have access to the same compassionate care, in addition to continued new service offerings as part of our enhanced network.
Your care team will remain the same. This new relationship will also not affect any scheduled appointments, accepted insurance plans, or the phone number you call when you need care. We will continue to see patients in the same building but will be expanding into an adjacent suite (425) later this month to better serve you.
